I placed a mobile order to go. It was ready quickly and everything was good and as ordered. This would be a good place to get some work done or just hang out. In the short time I was here, several people got things "for here" served in real cups/glasses/plates, and the baristas seem to know the locals and regulars.
Employees took my order incorrectly. I was glad they fixed it, but halfway back to my employer, they still served me the wrong drink. Ugh! The tall employee needs to turn down the volume of his voice a bit. He was way too loud especially when there was only 4 customers on their laptops.
SHOUTOUT TO Brenda Corley, the best employee ever! We accidentally left our documents at Starbucks, and she went above and beyond to have them shipped to us in Estonia. She is absolutely brilliant and truly deserves the best. This is the real spirit of Starbucks! Forever grateful to her. Thank you, Starbucks!
