This location is always pretty busy. Service is ok, at least the last time I visited but I've had some bad service here before. I came once at 10:50 am to order a blonde roast and was told they stop brewing it at 11am. So I said it wasn't 11 and he told me sorry it was empty and wouldn't brew another. He didn't even give me other options like blonde americano or pour over or anything. So if I do go to Starbucks I'll go to the Manor location for the service.
I’ve been here several times and the service is usually slow even during off peak times whether in store or drive thru. The customer service is pleasant. It’s such a convenient location, so I return.
