Genuinely crazy 80% ice and 20% drink I shouldn’t have to ask for lite ice when there’s literally a fill line for the ice and how much your supposed to put in to make sure you give the correct amount of drink but you filled it up almost completely and I got only a couple sips out of a 9 dollar drink that’s crazy

Very careless!!! Never takes care of the request! I ordered Starbucks through DoorDash and specifically called the store in advance to request that whipped cream be added because in the past my orders have arrived without it. Unfortunately, the drink was delivered again without whipped cream. When I called the store, the manager, Savannah, insisted that it had been added and tried to prove me wrong, even though the drink clearly had no whipped cream texture or topping at all.
