Not sure whats up with the afternoon crew lately but the iced black tea iced green tean taste like straight bucket water go back and ask them to fix it and the fix was worse.. I spend way more than I should at Starbucks and honestly with the inconsistencies im thinking to give them up completely. Get with it people or your going to end up like DD.. Gross
Barbie at the window should know what's included in a Mocha cookie crumble frap. Drizzle is included. She tried me this morning by repeatedly telling me that I must ask for drizzle because it's not included. Darlin', check your menu and learn your stuff, it's included.

Came to this location with my siblings & wasn’t sure what to order. Jimi ran me through all the options and helped me choose one out depending on my preferences. & when I ordered a plain bagel he suggested avocado spread to go with it and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Amazing customer service skills. Very satisfied with my visit here.
