I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and Brody was amazing. He remade my drink with no complaints and a great attitude. Definitely a team player. Excellent work.
Had a girl named Jackie make my order and it was horrible! I had the oat milk shaken espresso and the matcha latte and they were both so gross! She kept giving us mean and stank looks and when we asked to have them remade she said if we wanted them remade we would have to pay , how hard is it to make two simple orders? She needs to have her attitude fixed or just be straight up fired .
I wish I could honestly give them zero Stars literally have tried coming back to this location multiple times and they still can't get a simple order as putting extra caramel crunch on it it's really ridiculous because they charge you for it and they still can't do it right.
