Friday, October 10th- 2025, 10am : Drive through staff needs to be trained on Customer Service skills. Sometimes it’s not the words that come out of your mouth that’s dismissive- it’s your ENTIRE BODY LANGUAGE. Also, learn how to greet a customer when you see them AND also when they leave (even if i don’t give you a tip) ESPECIALLY with that attitude. Never had an issue until today.
Staff here is amazing! I called and changed something on my order and it got mixed up a bit but the girls today fixed it within honestly less than 45 seconds. I dont know how they do it. Thank you girls! You saved my rainy, hot coffee date with the hubby
Friday Morning placed my order rather slow today. Coffee was really nice and hot but no cup holder or doubled it was so hot I fingers were red. Could not even drink the coffee in the car again could not hold the cup. Ordered pumpkin bread, as for it to be hot. Again, could not eat it on the way to work it was not hardly even warm. My visit today was not worth my time or money in my opinion, but I did leave a tip. Not happy this morning!!!!
Orderd 2 drinks at 10:38 then sat in the drive-thru until 11:04 when I received my order. My drink was watered down and tasted like hand lotion. I've never seen people walk so slow. The person handing me my drinks looked at them smiled and said "have a nice day". She new the ice had melted. I have been a loyal customer since 2001 and no matter what I still take Starbucks abuse. Sadly I try to tell very privately to the girl that was making my friend’s coffee and eventually mine that she needs to wash her hands after using the cleaning spray to spray around while making the coffee without gloves and then touching the cups all over with that chemical on her hands, she got upset and left to the back I completely understand that everything needs to be clean but you do it after you finish every service if is that the routine The place wasn’t that busy but 5 of us with no rush
