Terrible customer service. I came to pick up an order and one of the employees was extremely rude. I thought she asked how I was so I replied back and asked how she was. Her answer was “Are you picking up and order?” So I said, “I thought you said: how’re you?” And she replied “no, are you picking up an order” she clearly doesn’t know how customer service works! Definitely won’t be coming back to this specific location…
I live next-door to a different Starbucks, but because this Starbucks has the best staff in it, they go out of their way to make my drinks and brighten up my day. I will travel to this one forever.
Only 2nd time there and the manager remembered my drink order which is a huge plus for her. Sad to see them moving.
This Starbucks consistently provides phenomenal service. Always so friendly and quick! I’m sad to see the inside seating area gone with the neighboring Randall’s closed and orders only being to-go (there’s another Starbs down the street if you need a place to sit) and I hope they continue to stay open.
One of my favorite places to go they have great combination of coffee mixture. I must say the line is always moving very fast at this location. Keep up the good work and they are very nice. Customer service attendance.
