No issues with the drink and food. My issue was with the person at the register. I can handle dismissive order taking. What I dont like is when you stand there with another employee chit chatting while the rest of the partners are handling all the work. I get my drink but still need the pastry. I ask the girl at the register since she's doing nothing. Her words "oh im not on food". Then proceeded to stand there and do nothing. Oh please layoff these employees! I just heard about layoffs coming (again) to Starbucks. Do the employees here realize that they didn't win the Miss America contest? Why are they SO full of themselves! ? Oh how I hope this store gets a reduction in force.... From last year: No decaf? Isn't this a COFFEE shop? NO DECAF??! U gotta b kidding me... ok whatever. But at least be nice about it. These workers seem to have an attitude after I asked for decaf. They tried offering me other products, but not simple plain decaf. Wow... ... read more
