The worst experience, the manager was super rude, completely out of her mind. We had to wait more than 1 hour four 2 coffees and she blew the day, don’t come to this place
NO DRIVE THRU EVEN THOUGH GOOGLE INDICATES THERE IS A DRIVE THRU!!!
Every time I go here you wait forever in line. Today we actually gave up a d left. 3 people, 1 taking orders !!! I think and then making drinks and serving at snails pace. The other wiping the counter, with total disinterested then decides to help (massive queue waiting) the other one just looking through a book. Not wasting another minute of my life at this starbucks.
Complete chaos. No mobile orders ready or communication
Manager and barista were both extremely rude and unprofessional today 10/25. I’m shocked Starbucks would tolerate such a blatant abuse of their brand and reputation by hiring these employees. The only girl that actually tried to help was at the register, clearly she hadn’t been corrupted by the other two yet. Won’t be returning and spreading the word to stay far away from this location. Order is never right and the drinks always taste off in a weird way.
