I don’t know why this location has such a hard time putting my full order in the bag. Mind you I rarely order more than 3 items, at this point I’d be shocked if they got it right one day. Go out of your way and go to a better location you’ll thank yourself.
Very busy today, so no shade to the hardworking employees but I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and I received it without any syrup in it at all. I was with a group and didnt feel like waiting to get some, but it was very disappointing
How do all the power sockets NOT work and the plugs fall right out! Do better!
Every time I’m in the area and have to order from this Starbucks my matcha no matter what size grande or venti is never filled up or even close to it. Why do I always pay for a grande if I receive a tall and a venti if I get a grande portion size. Again this is only a problem I’ve encountered at this Starbucks and not the only problem but the most consistent one, anyway I’ll just have to start driving further or to another coffee shop because I’ve had enough.
