I been traveling every weekend from Chicago for work And always love stopping by because Austin always knows my order ! I install pull in and they tell me to pull forward wait time is minimum I will say some staff can be short but overall good experience
They wouldn’t give me a water which is crazy they usually always would at any other Starbucks but no this one the gentleman kg was very rude and professional at all which he needs to learn that you need to train employees or fire them
I don’t know the atmosphere doesn’t feel good here , workers take sooooo long
not a good starbucks.. took 5 minutes to even be helped when i walked in then took another 7 to even start on my drink… mind you there was me and 3 other customers in the store. i only ordered espresso shots.
I’m not a person that usually writes reviews but, I felt like I had to say something this time. I have an aggressive Dairy allergy, usually Starbucks it’s a safe space for me but it was the worst thing that could ever happen today, the person who did my order gave me a whole milk drink and told me it was Soy, I had asked for someone milk so I said it was fine but I was walking out the door the person yelled my name and said it was actually whole milk.
