We love coming here and even when it’s close to closing on Sundays they are friendly. But today, the girl with glasses completely messed up my order. She said I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with Java chip. Huh? I told her that’s not what I ordered but instead of saying sorry, she said, that’s what you ordered. Didn't offer to fix it. Even said my name was “thanks” but I said France. No smile, just felt like we were a burden the whole time. Don’t go to this location. Go to Safeway or the other Starbucks near the safeway. Great location, standard quality for drinks and goods, however the room looks unkept , floor is dirty with fake nails, pills, crumbs and so on. Table are soiled not cleaned with crumbs left on one. Soper Hill Starbucks needs to step up for a better management.
I bought the blonde espresso beans for home and this is what we jokingly call Tingle Coffee! The soper hill starbucks is the place I go to get it! They are great! Service , friendliness, and what I'm looking for!
