Usually this location is great, and all the people are efficient and friendly. Today it was not like that. Today I ordered a grande tea in a venti cup with a side of 2% milk. They gave me the tea and a 'short' of milk. In the cup was maybe 1oz of milk. I asked for more. The girl gave me a weird look, but went to get more. This particular store messes up my order 5 times out of 10. They try to remember my order while they're doing other things, and they prove that multitasking is a myth every time I order. Everytime the order starts showing up on the screen as I'm telling them, it miraculously gets made properly, and every time they don't, it doesn't. There's nothing worse than paying a premium price for a sub-par product. Get it together boys and girls.

My mom and I just went there over weekend and We told Andy the manager in drive thru both drinks are going to be Hot . I waited to hear her reponse and she said Yes I understand..
