Ordered on the app. They were out of the food item which is whatever. I asked if I would just be refunded back to my card and the gentleman at the drive thru was a tad snotty and said “yeah that’s what I’m working on right now” and then proceeds to charge my card again instead of refunding so I had to turn around and a lady noticed me and she said “oh we realized we charged you again so we voided that sale” and then tried to take card again so I asked for cash because I wasn’t going to have my card charged a third time. We love coming here and even when it’s close to closing on Sundays they are friendly. But today, the girl with glasses completely messed up my order. She said I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with Java chip. Huh? I told her that’s not what I ordered but instead of saying sorry, she said, that’s what you ordered. Did offer to fix it. Even said my name was “thanks” but I said France. No smile, just felt like we were a burden the whole time. Don’t go to this location. Edit 3/18/26. Things have gotten better! Overall I give it a 2 star. My drink & the 2 people before me, all of our drinks were messed up.. not much parking, outside seating was nice but so loud with the traffic. Hopefully they work on making drinks.
I ordered a grande iced matcha green tea latte and received an extra hot oatmilk white mocha for Elizabeth S. It was someone else’s drink, I understand that things happen. But what sucks is I ordered this from DoorDash, and DoorDash refunded my money for the drink but I can’t re order the drink I wanted without paying the delivery and tip fees, so I would have to pay another 7 dollars just to get what I wanted in the first place. Really sad cuz I’m pregnant and just wanted my matcha :( such a bummer
