What happened to this Starbucks?! I used to get my coffee daily and it was SO GOOD but recently it’s so awful. I went to a different location to get the drink remade and it was even nastier. What’s happened to the Starbucks in this town?? Its terrible.
This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! Hit or miss location.
