It just goes to show, no matter how much business you give this location, the staff doesn’t care about their customers. I order frequently, and ordered via Uber Eats this morning. When I opened the bag, an item was missing. When I called and asked, the response I got was “Oh we are sold out of that item.” So instead of calling the customer yourself or asking the Uber driver to call and ask if I wanted something else, you provide an order that you know is missing an item and think the customer won’t question it? Shame on you!
I came to Starbucks at 8:40 and ordered a Venti medicine ball because I wasn’t feeling well. I waited in line for 12 minutes only to get to the window and have a young lady mopping the floor staring at me never saying hello. Told me the price of my drink after waiting at that point for five more minutes. She took my payment and close the window and I waited an additional 3 1/2 minutes for the other Marrisa to make my tea. He then came to the window and handed me my drink. Very nice employees, restroom and sitting area are spotless.
Slow and very rude at the drive thru. Just said pull up.and no thank you just handed the giod out the windows. Did not even look at us
