This morning, I ordered two Venti-sized coffees with the exact same recipe. However, the drinks were made differently—one cup was full, while the other was only about half full. When I asked why the two drinks looked so different even though they were the same order, the barista said she didn’t know because my order didn’t include any extra modifications. I usually enjoy stopping by here when I need a caffeine fix on the go, but my experience can be a bit hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Sometimes the drinks are made perfectly and the staff is super friendly, but other times it feels like a bit of a chaotic wait just to get a simple latte.
