Just to confirm this is for the Starbucks by gate C16 at ATL Customer service was non existent and you can just tell none of them take pride in their work. It doesn’t matter if you are a barista, a janitor or a CEO you have a choice every day to do your best and be your best — I love Starbucks for the consistency- you just always know what you are going to get I mean they make it that way on purpose … so for this location to have all 4 Of our orders be the worst that we have had just says something.
Awful experience
Awful service. Never received my order. After 9 people got their order, that ordered after me, I had the audacity to ask about my drink. They rolled their eyes and scoffed. The other people waiting in line were also just as baffled as I was.
Said there was a wait for hot drinks but couldn't say if it would be min, hours, days. We didn't order since we had a plane to catch. Super rude staff. Never had a bad experience at Starbucks lrior but this was terrible.
I visited the Starbucks in Concourse C at ATL Airport this evening and got in line at approximately 9:45 PM, 15 minutes before the posted 10:00 PM closing time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
