It seems the manager here has made it ok to be rude and dry as long as you say thank you at the end of your rude statement. Please learn how to manage heavy demand with kindness and grace. Plenty of airport Starbucks have it figured out.
Long waiting for the drinks, employee complaining about working and with attitude.
Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude, service was extremely slow, and it took over 30 minutes to receive a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side. The bagel wasn't even cut in half, which is something I would normally expect. The food was okay, but the customer service and overall experience were poor. I will not be returning.
So asking for whole milk which is already available on the counter and I get charged? Seriously this is ridiculous. I can pour it myself.
