This location has the rudest employee working for them. She was complaining very loudly about someone to her co-workers in an intimidating way. I could hear her while standing in the concourse. I felt really bad for the employees working with her having to put up with such a negative person. It would be a Long and miserable day!! I bought a Jalapeño Chicken pocket and I got this, see pictures, horrible, I was so hungry however as soon I got the real one, I got upset, I couldn't eat and trash it. Last time going Starbucks, expensive and trash food.
The manager is doing her best with clearly mediocre staff but what did we expect from atl airport lets be so real. Kamaria said to another customer “oh…. so you wanna make your own drink” as if this isn’t starbucks… Tiawana is also slacking and almost got a write up for being rude and threatening to get on a ladder for something?
I was assisted today by Joslyn, and unfortunately my simple order — a strawberry lemonade and an Impossible sandwich — was prepared incorrectly. I do not typically leave negative reviews, but in an environment where efficiency and attentiveness are critical, customer service matters immensely.
