I was nearing the end of my vacation and decided to grab some Starbucks to reduce the time until my flight. The cashier just decided to put a tip bu her self
What an absolutely terrible experience. I told the cashier that all I wanted was a venti of their blonde roast over ice. She just stared blankly at me. Then said “ok so a large iced latte?” I told her now. I didn’t want any cream, sugar, or anything else. I just wanted a venti blonde roast with ice. She and another employee just stared at me like I was from another planet. They shrugged at each other and then she charged me. I travel through ATL often. This Starbucks continues to get my order wrong. They don’t do anything to try to correct except shrug their shoulders. If you are looking for a great coffee experience there are several in the ATL besides this horribly run shop.
At Starbucks Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Terminal F, Gate 8, I had one of the worst customer service experiences. We waited 35 minutes for our drinks. After 20 minutes, we politely checked on the order, but the barista, Jared, responded with attitude and told us we simply had to wait. When we followed up again after 35 minutes, we were informed that they did not even have our order.
