I visited this Starbucks near Macy’s at Union Square around 6 PM and ordered a matcha latte. The lid on the drink was not secured properly, and it spilled onto my shoes and bag almost immediately. I explained that the lid clearly did not fit correctly and asked for the drink to be remade. Unfortunately, the replacement drink had the exact same issue and spilled again for the same reason. Don’t follow customer instructions. we order decaf but you gave us the opposite. Please follow customer instructions. Some people are very sensitive to caffeine and can’t handle strong cofeee . I been drinking decaf all my life and I can tell the difference. While writing this , it’s already 6 am and my eyes still wide awake and my pulse beat faster from too much caffeine you added to my drinks .
