So bad I even had to submit a complaint to corporate The two senior staff on duty, Shanice // ? (Refused to provide name) were absolutely horrible and rude. It was a hot day in the bay area literally 87°F as I was stopping there on a run to escape from the heat. I’m 43 minutes in and coming up Alameda de Las Pulgas. WiFi does not work. If you are looking for a place to work online, do not come here .

I love coffee but I've been waiting at the entrance for an hour with many people and they just say they open in 2 minutes and nothing that they always open at 5 and it's already 6:30
