Today I decided to get my favorite hot chai tea latte at the rt 38 CH starbucks. There were 3 cars already in drive thru, I still got in line. If I would've know that it would take almost 20 min, I would've gone inside. So I get my order and proceed to my destination. I took a sip and it was awful! I tried again after stirring, still horrible. It tasted like warm water and milk- no Chai. I return and go in, explain to the cashier, she takes it over and instructs a young man to replace it. Honestly worst experience at this Starbucks. The employees looked like they didn't want to be there. One of them made my drink wrong. I told her what she did gave me an attitude. The other girl made and again they made it wrong. Like I understand that sometimes we all can have a bad day. But if you like your job just don't come because with that kind of attitude, you're giving 0 customer service. I'm more upset that I was craving coffee and couldn't even enjoy it.
I'm guessing Joanne is a supervisor at Target. She just interrupted the barista (Giselle?) and had her "make a random drink of your choice" and put customer drinks on hold. I wish I was that important...
Damn 7:20 p.m. on 2/3 and not serving Fraps cuz they "ran out of ingredients" lol just say we just cleaned the machine (which I watched ) and don't want to make it for you. 🤣 I would of gave 2 stars if you were honest.
