I visited Starbucks and had an unfortunate experience that I feel needs to be shared. After enjoying a cup of coffee, I politely asked the barista for a refill. The barista, Abby, did not respond with a smile or any acknowledgment; instead, she gave me an angry look. Very unfriendly staff. I go there all the time for coffee and one day I asked them to fill my water bottle and they were so nasty about it. Overall dirty appearance as clearly the staff don't care about providing service or a quality atmosphere to be in.
