It's a horrible place always out of everything now. I don't see the point of them even being open if 70 percent of the menu is always unavailable. Wait time's are 30 minutes out. They need a manager there to run it. The one girl work's her butt off and the rest are confused and useless. It's weird every other Starbucks on campus has the full menu so why don't they.
That’s really funny story I ordered a venti cappuccino, the guy at the checkout asked me twice what I wanted and they made me a macchiato. When I asked to redo it, they made me a grande americanowhat is the similarity between a cappuccino and a macchiato or an americano? They finally decided to make a cappuccino and what did I get the third time? And it was a milkshake
The workers do the best they can, but they’re understaffed and need an adult (non-student) manager on-site to direct them. They often seem overwhelmed and disorganized, and their wait times have gotten horrible (30+ mins) the last few weeks. Even for pickup orders.
30 minutes waiting and the cup is not full.
