Absolutely terrible management - it is astonishing the level of poor customer service they have. I came in around 4:10 pm today. Waited in line, only two people working who were incredibly busy and did not get the chance to help me. The young woman working was clearly overwhelmed and working as fast as possible. A manager came in to berate them for allowing drive up orders to fall behind, state that anyone in line is on hold, and make drive ups their only focus.
