Terrible service !!!!! There was 1 guy in line taking forever for a purchase of 6.45! I waited 5 minutes, walked around the store to shop then still waited 10 more minutes and all he got was a purchase of 6.45. I dont know if they were flirting or what but my daughter was mad waiting and all we wanted was a cake pop. Mon, May 4th 2026. Disappointed. The barista her name was Allie she was giving us attitude the whole time ! So rude and didn’t even give us the order correctly . Need to hire more nicer people !
I was given obvious Attitude for asking for a drink with no ice. It’s cold outside, but I still wanted a pink drink. So I asked for no ice and so they gave me a Venti sized cup that was half full. The Starbucks I usually go to down the street Has never done that. And said to take it up with customer service if I had a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand measurements, I don’t understand the attitude. I loved Starbucks for years. I guess it’s time to give Blackrock up the street a try.
I've given this starbucks soooo many chances to just get it right. Every single time the drink is wrong. Its a simple iced white chocolate mocha, but blonde. They never make it consistently wrong either.. sometimes it's not blonde, sometimes it's disgustingly sweet, sometimes it's got hardly any white chocolate.
