I was given obvious Attitude for asking for a drink with no ice. It’s cold outside, but I still wanted a pink drink. So I asked for no ice and so they gave me a Venti sized cup that was half full. The Starbucks I usually go to down the street Has never done that. And said to take it up with customer service if I had a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand measurements, I don’t understand the attitude. I loved Starbucks for years. I guess it’s time to give Blackrock up the street a try.
I've given this starbucks soooo many chances to just get it right. Every single time the drink is wrong. Its a simple iced white chocolate mocha, but blonde. They never make it consistently wrong either.. sometimes it's not blonde, sometimes it's disgustingly sweet, sometimes it's got hardly any white chocolate. I’m honestly starting to wonder if Starbucks has an official policy to hire only the slowest and most wildly inept people they can possibly find. Because if that’s the case, congratulations.
