The girl whose name tag reads "Cheyenne" has absolutely no manners. I walked up and told her I had a mobile order and was greeted with a point to the other side of the kiosk. As I went that way in confusion I overheard her say to the other employee to "move out the way" "I'm trying to make drinks for customers" when the lady she asked to move was making my drink. Young female with glasses working on November 9th 2025 at 12:00pm needs to be fired! Her attitude is absolutely horrible, lady in front of me also had a problem with her drink! I ordered a refresher with no water and no ice, I pay $1 extra for this drink so its a $7 drink and she only fills it half way up! I try to tell her I paid extra and she popped off saying, "I paid extra for them not to put water in it!!" The drinks are always consistently good, the baristas are fantastic!
Unbelievably understaffed, terrible service! Never coming back to this location.
The last four times I have gone to this location the drinks have a been made incorrectly and taste awful. I put them in online and there is still always at least one thing wrong/missing. Starbucks chai is the worst of any chain coffee places.
