Unbelievably understaffed, terrible service! Never coming back to this location.
The last four times I have gone to this location the drinks have a been made incorrectly and taste awful. I put them in online and there is still always at least one thing wrong/missing. Starbucks chai is the worst of any chain coffee places.
They always close like 30 to 20 minutes before actual closing time.
Abby and Julie did an A+ job. They are the best baristas I’ve ever encountered in the south. Thanks you guys!!!!
