Never had a nearly accurate pick up time. The drink was not ready even 20 min past the "estimated" pick up time. I don't understand why people want to wait for 20 min+ for a drink while doing nothing. I still have my life so I had to leave without a drink (and a total waste of $6+).
i woke up this morning and dragged myself to my anatomy lecture. i sat in that class and i could think about was the sweet sensation of starbucks brown sugar shaken espresso. I ran out of glass eager to get my coffee. unfortunately I waited for thirty minutes past when it said it would be ready yet I still received no coffee. i waited as long as i could until i had to leave the student center gaining nothing but sadness and i had to go into my 9:30 lecture late, coffee-less with and a sorrow that ruined my day :(
This location never has accurate pickup times. Ordered when it said pick up in 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready for 30.
The student center starbucks has moved into a new, huge location in the building as of August 2023 and now has three ovens and a massive operation. They’re quick, despite being so busy. My food and coffee is always amazing and if something goes wrong they’re always nice and understanding about remaking it or giving you more milk or flavor. The baristas give good advice on what food and drinks to get and sometimes even give samples to try new things before you spend money on it. Great starbucks. War Eagle!
