Extremely poor experience! Not classy at all. I came in on 2/23/26 at 6:30 pm after a Pilates workout across the street’ for a cup of ice water, & was rudely greeted by a lady with pink hair stating water is only with purchases I’ve never heard of this before in any other Starbucks I have been to. Regardless I did not mind making a purchase however, her form of expression, rude tone, and body language was the most uncomfortable, distasteful Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Friendly Baristas and prompt service. Bathrooms cleaned. Seating was a little crowded when I was there but I dod get a seat. Parking can be a challenge. Street parking and a lot across the street. Had to walk a block to get here.
