The air-conditioning here is making every single Customer uncomfortable It is freezing in here We came here as a group and we are all shivering Even employees are uncomfortable at this location. They are cold 🥶 too
Extremely poor experience! Not classy at all. I came in on 2/23/26 at 6:30 pm after a Pilates workout across the street’ for a cup of ice water, & was rudely greeted by a lady with pink hair stating water is only with purchases I’ve never heard of this before in any other Starbucks I have been to. Regardless I did not mind making a purchase however, her form of expression, rude tone, and body language was the most uncomfortable, distasteful Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.
