Primera ves en mis 11 años en estados unidos andando por mas de 25 estados diferente y como fiel consumidor de esta cadena que me niegan un vaso de agua , soy usuario y mis puntos en el app lo prueban , y lo peor es que fue una persona hispana , muy antipático y muy mala imagen para la franquicia … decepcionante y bastante humillante , entre ellos criticando
I wanted a glass of water because I know that Starbucks gives out water cups for free right? But I get denied my grande iced water, which they give out for free at Disney, where even a pretzel costs 10 bucks, because I didn’t make a purchase. Was rejected cup of water for my kid because i did not make a purchase.
Rude employees. Unable to correctly make an iced americano. She spent more time looking at her phone then making my drink.
This is the only Starbucks in the area that consistently gets my order not only right, but good- shoutout to the people who work here. Turnaround time is usually quick, but sometimes it takes a cool sec due to the amount of people at the mall ordering
