The security guard is rude
Terrible customer service especially from the security guards when the mall closes. Racial profiling isn't it.
The Starbucks in the center of the eastridge mall has reopened. Different crew but still courteous service. Gia and Erika were on working today. They are both pleasant and efficient at serving the public.
