I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for many years, frequently visiting with a group of friends. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience recently. Worst Starbucks in this area by far. At any other Starbucks in this area, the employees and managers are friendly with staff and happy to make accommodations to drinks within their ability. This is the only location where even spelling out how to enter the drink into the system with modifications and how to make the modified drink is not only met with resistance but with borderline hostility from the workers. As a former barista, I always dread having to come to this Starbucks as a last resort.
