Went in for the free coffee promotion as a starbucks rewards member and the cashier did not scan my coupon and said they’re not doing it. I went home angry, but found I am able to get the free coffee promotion at the same store I went to if I order through the app instead of ordering in person. Was very angry cause I was not going to waste my work time driving back to get it. Amazing place to visit. Great staff, Rachel really stood out. Amazing staff and food, but I felt like the store was too hot. I'd love to come back when you fix this!
