Came here at 4:23 and the doors are locked and closed but the store hours say 9pm. If yall close at 4pm on a daily then you should obviously update your store hours online so people don’t drive up here.

Stephanie has to be the nicest barista I’ve ever met in my life. I accidentally used my card instead of my points and she handled everything within minutes and gave me a complimentary cake pop for the inconvenience. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE! She deserves it:)
This morning I was so excited to go and order and see if they had the bear cups to get just for the whole staff to have the worst attitude possible. I asked about the bear cups through the drive thru and they said to come inside, so I did. As I went in, a manager came out, she was white, skinny and short and had the worst attitude with everybody saying everything is sold out only one kind is available.
