I come here more frequently because I like the spot. But the employees here are unpleasant to approach. I don’t know if it’s the job or their life that is making them unhappy and unwelcoming but I don’t know how I could accept the look they have on their face and the rude response for simple questions. apparently, (Starbucks) has a policy change as of a few months ago at least that’s what the employee at this particular Starbucks told me. Apparently, they are no longer giving out water or at least you can’t just ask for water even when you’re a loyal customer even when you buy coffee every morning from them if you need to come in and grab some water during the hot days or you need to go through the drive-through and grab some water during the hot days. 8:30 on May 22, 2026. Doors are locked, drive through full of cars. No sign on door. Totally closed. Customers walking up to locked doors. Cars eventually leaving drive through after nobody answers. This coffee shop is a fixture of so many people’s morning routine, even a fixture of the community. So sad and low class to see it randomly closed with not even a paper note taped to the door (not that that would be much better.) Don’t usually go for starbucks but I was having a rough day and wanted to treat myself. The barista sher complimented my hair and made a perfect matcha and even drew a butterfly on my cup. So sweet definitely turned my day around 🙂
