Don’t usually go for starbucks but I was having a rough day and wanted to treat myself. The barista sher complimented my hair and made a perfect matcha and even drew a butterfly on my cup. So sweet definitely turned my day around 🙂
I wish there were a way to give this store and staff zero stars. I absolutely love Starbucks, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a hot chocolate and was initially told they were out of mocha, then later told they actually had some. The drink I received had virtually no chocolate. I brought it back (which I rarely do) and asked for a remake. Instead of discarding the original drink, they asked me to throw it away myself. The second drink was even worse than the first. Slowest starbucks ever. I stood in the drive through for 39 mins. Staff has no clue ehat they are doing.. no process whatsoever. If you have a tonn of time on your hands choose this place
