Ordered an iced drink, asked to put just a bit of ice. It's cold and raining outside. Got my drink, says on the sticker "little ice" - drank two sips and the rest was 3/4 of cup ICE! This place is no go from now on and reconsider Starbucks next time as it's not the first time they do it. Zero value for your money, you pay for the ice.
I definitely don't come here. They definitely will not make the order the way you want. They'll give you some B. Yes. Excuse on why they can't do it when I definitely get this order. Done everywhere I go, maybe if they weren't trying to be so cheap and lazy, it would actually do their jobs, right? And understand they work for us. The customer who pays them
Great customer service experience.
It sucks at the wait time is always longer. The lobby is always empty, but the problem is the staff that they’re always on their own world talking about their personal life. I visit the store They pause for a long time to get their point across with each other. And it sucks it’s always the morning people.
