As a former employee, I debated saying anything for the past month and a half. I came to this location excited to work but soon found myself at a toxic workplace that was draining me. The management has serious issues with respect, privacy, and boundaries. Reshma, the store manager, was adamant on locking our phones away, opening and going through our personal items, and constantly micromanaging. I don't know what happened but lately every single time I go to get my coffee it ends up messed up. I do add 2 small modifications to my latte, and I don't say it super fast or anything, but for the past 4 consecutive times I've gotten it from this location, it's messed up. Not only is it messed up, the order itself is messed up, so it's difficult to send it back and say that I did in fact ask for what was missing. Someone took my drink right in front of me and it took them 20 minutes to remake it :(. Just my luck ig
The staff doesn't know how to do business here. You can ONLY taste water and ice in the Frappuccinos. Also, they have gotten my order wrong several times already and fail to do anything about the problem. I do not recommend this Starbucks.
Coffee and Atmosphere was great. I know these are probably college kids who work there but they need to learn customer service. As soon as I walked up the young man just looked at me. No "hello," no "how can I help you." So, I ordered, and he never stated how much I owe or said anything like do I want a receipt. Just stared at me. The only thing he said the whole time was "what is your name." Really awkward interaction. I will not be back!
