There was only one barista working today 7/21/26 at 6:30pm. She decided to clean and turn off the oven for the night, refusing to serve any heated food items, a whole 30 minutes prior to store closure. This is the type of employee that loses a business money and customers.

Insensitive, bs. Was in there getting coffee, and witnessed a man, who may have been homeless, ask for a water. The guy at the counter told him he couldn’t give him one unless he bought something. The gentleman behind them said he would get him a water. The guy at the counter said it’s, “against store policy”. The gentleman proceeded to tell the cashier guy he wanted a water, along with the drink and pastry he ordered, then gave the water to the man who was denied it, unless he bought something. Wonderful drink, tasty, good quality, and made right! Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficiently quick. Thank you! I got (and recommend) the medium iced mocha with a chocolate protein cold foam. This is the Starbucks in the Target, so park in the same lot.
