Mobile ordered a drink and I watched them make it and saw that they poured extra cream when I selected a splash. When I politely told the barista that it was too much cream for me she had an attitude and told me that she did only put a splash after I watched her dump half a box of oat milk in the drink. The cold brew was as light as a latte and I apologized for the inconvenience and the barista made it very clear that it WAS an inconvenience to have less milk. The baristas are polite and kind, and my order came out quickly and correct. Appreciate the great customer service and great coffee!
My coffee is horrible! Something is missing as usual ( it's only coffee and milk). I ordered the apple crisp... I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. The worst starbucks I've ever had. I don't have time to watch over them, make coffee, or come back for a reorder.
Service so bad I spent about 10 minutes waiting for my order. The server asks for my name, I give it, but she wants me to spell it. I do it: B-O-R-I-S. Looks like she paid attention. Look twice at the photo.
