Too much Ice! Always ignore my "Light Ice" request.
Matcha was all clumpy and my entire venti cup was filled to the top with ice. Worst drink I’ve had and the cashier was super rude.
I ask for a cup of water because is hot today and refuses to sell to me if I don’t buy something from the menu. I ask to change my for the water and still refuse to do that.
