15 minutes to get a coffee order and 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. If you are in a rush, don't bother. After watching 10 people who ordered after me get their food, I asked where mine was. The lady who was placing the coffee on the counter, literally said "it's not my problem, it's my other co workers issue" Literally the worst Starbucks in the airport
Good people but severely understaffed
Starbucks at gate B29 in the Atlanta Airport is the WORST. I walked up at 8 am on a Monday morning and heard: "We're out of breakfast items, pastries, creamers and teas." The drinks they CAN make took forever. Red alert Starbucks! This location seriously needs new management; it's making you look bad, real bad.
This is the saddest, slowest, rudest Starbucks I have been to. Killing your bad by bad service. Not doing good things for your reputation.
food and hot chocolate were fine (hot chocolate and banana bread), service was lacking even with 5 people working (it was not busy) They weren't friendly and whoever was taking orders couldn't hear and asked every single person before and after me at least twice to clarify, it was not loud (if you're not a morning person maybe this isn't the correct position for you).
