I have honestly been coming to this Starbucks over 10 plus years. Everything is amazing about this Starbucks. The workers are amazing, kind and sweet. Great vibes and energy at this location. The problem is when “Ryan” is working a shift. This man is always so serious. Very rude when he speaks to people. Does not make you feel comfortable to even ask for anything to be honest. I was standing there at 6:42 in the morning on 1-19-25 trying to get a hot chocolate and and a Blueberry muffin There was A girl behind the counter on her phone and there was a girl cleaning in front , but nobody noticed me So I just left. They should be trained to do better customer service.
