When I ask for light ice but my cup was half full of ice! I usually won't complain but $6.00 for 2 sips so I had to but even worse when they couldn't satisfy the customer?? And said manager is in meeting?? Worse customer service. I showed them all the ice in cup and couldn't apologize for their mistake!
Great Service, speedy, bright place, coffe taste not the best, must be cleaner, restrooms and floors super dirty, floor corners in bathrooms dirty. Cleanliness is essential.
