I am so up set. I am aware that my cup needs to be cleaned. I just bought a cup from Starbucks and they refused to use my cup because of the left over water on the bottom of the cup from me cleaning it. I was charged for a venti and was not told. So I decided to go to the bathroom to clean it, once again. I did infact tell her that I was going to go clean it AGAIN and she said okay. waiting for 30” for pickup online
When I ask for light ice but my cup was half full of ice! I usually won't complain but $6.00 for 2 sips so I had to but even worse when they couldn't satisfy the customer?? And said manager is in meeting?? Worse customer service. I showed them all the ice in cup and couldn't apologize for their mistake!
