I am so up set. I am aware that my cup needs to be cleaned. I just bought a cup from Starbucks and they refused to use my cup because of the left over water on the bottom of the cup from me cleaning it. I was charged for a venti and was not told. So I decided to go to the bathroom to clean it, once again. I did infact tell her that I was going to go clean it AGAIN and she said okay.
