I am order one coffee machalate morning time I waiting 40 mints but my order is not ready and after 40 minutes I am cancel tha order
I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha in store and the barista ringed it as hot which I noticed it my receipt. No biggie approach them it’s been 20 minutes already for a drink all the barista could say was okay I can make it iced but no “ I’ll know if it’s hot or cold when the sticker comes out “ . Make it make sense. This Starbucks needs to be organized and staffed properly.
