Poor service. Stood there for 10 minutes to place an order but nobody took my order.
I’m a regular customer of Starbucks for many years. Today I ordered caramel macchiato with soy milk. I felt a bit different in taste but thought it might have differed due to different place Starbucks. However, I found dregs at the bottom of the cup. When we complained, the girl on the counter gave just a cold response “ I never saw like this” and refunded. I felt so bad.
I am surprised that I will leave a negative feedback on a local Starbucks. standing at the counter for 5 min and ALL staffs (FOUR) pretended to be busy and not seeing me. The corporate should audit this site and make sure the service provided is up to Starbucks standards.
terribly loud background music driving customers crazy, if Starbucks only allows deaf customers to sit down in store, just tag it on the door ok?
Such a dull folks working here...no energy at all
