I’m confused because every time I go by within the past few weeks it’s apparently closed yet workers are inside and it’s during the operating hours listed here on google… I’ve tried going various days of the week at various times and every time I’m being told they are closed or an automated voice message says it’s closed??? so when are operating hours.
The baristas are so friendly! Amazing service.
Consistently takes 30 minutes for one drink. It's in a hospital. Staff do not have 30 minutes breaks. Unacceptable
The customer service is terrible at this location. It has both unwelcoming, unpleasant, and argumentative staff. I ordered a drink through the mobile app that had modifications and once receiving it wasn’t what I specified. I approached the woman at the counter, and politely told her my concerns.
