Came for a quick coffee break . This manager treated me like I'm his slave. I was almost poured hot coffee on his face . Then I thought about me having a criminal record on me. This guy is so aggregating .Idk why Starbucks is hiring these kind of managers.
I’ve come to this Starbucks multiple times and recently it’s gone completely downhill. The workers are NOT friendly and don’t know how to make drinks. I would’ve been able to ignore their attitudes if my drinks were at least made correctly. This was the “matcha” that they handed to me.
This is a hospital location and their never open like they should be it’s 8:40pm Saturday 10/24/2026 and their closed posted hours is 9pm happens every single weekend if their short staffed that means they need to HIRE PEOPLE
This Starbucks is spacious, spotless, and surprisingly quiet despite how busy it gets. Service is quick, there’s plenty of seating, and lots of convenient spots to charge your phone or laptop. Everything is well maintained, and the staff handles the constant flow of customers impressively well. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
