I placed an order through the mobile app for drive-through pick up. When I got there, there was a sign at the drive-through machine that the drive-through is out of order, sorry for the inconvenience. I tried talking through the drive through machine too but got no response thus I went directly to the window where there was a car waiting already. When I got to the window, the barista at the window said to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner that “next time just wait for your turn at the drive-through machine”. ... read more
