It’s truly remarkable how they manage to be personable and ultra efficient with volume they have on a daily basis.
Terrible customer service. I don't understand why, if they don't like dealing with customers or people, why do they look for that kind of job? Today, one of the girls who works there was extremely rude and took my order with a bad attitude. Does she think my money is worth less?
This store is the best!
Poor customer service. I’ve been here a handful of times and stopped going because of the amount of times they’ve messed up the order and wait time. Consistently gives customers the incorrect sizes. Today I watched as the barista put the incorrect syrup in my drink. When I asked her to fix it- there was sass and pushback.
