I went to this starbucks location earlier today and I ordered my drink as a venti, but i guess the guy misheard me and put grande. After I received my drink, I noticed it was a grande. After I corrected the girl who made my drink and told her it was supposed to be a venti, she told me I had to go back into line and order another drink, and the line was already big and was about a 10-15 minute wait and I just asked her if she could make me a venti because I asked for it and didn’t have the time for that big line. I ordered a Grande Pistachio Cream Cold Brew coffee, but it came in a Venti-sized cup. The label said "Grande," but there was too much ice, and the coffee and cream were very watery and tasteless. To make matters worse, the lid wasn't properly closed, and the moment I took a sip, the lid came off, spilling coffee all over my clothes. I got what i need. ☕️
Extremely slow service at 11:30 am on Sunday...not greeted for 20 mins...ended up leaving after 20 mins after not being acknowledged to place an order. 3 patrons on line behind me left as well because the service was beyond slow and the baristas acted as though they didn't see us in line. This location needs a COMPLETE overhaul. This is not the quality of a Starbucks that I expect in Lenox Square.
