Takes about 30 minutes to get a drink. Worst experience in over a decade of going to Starbucks.
I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. I waited 30 minutes for my drink, only to be told they couldn’t make it and that I should request a refund online. When I went back to ask about it again, they just said they still couldn’t make it—no apology, no solution, just a complete waste of time. The customer service was terrible, and they clearly didn’t care about fixing the issue. If they couldn’t make the drink, why let me order it in the first place? Definitely not coming back to this location.
Always out of ice or the blender doesn’t work and if it’s not that they don’t want to heat up the food
The service and coffee were terrible, the treatment in a store is horrible. The employees don't want to serve you, they just want to argue with you. I'm so sorry to have to post this, but it's really not like this at other Starbucks. The employees messed up my order and I had to pay twice to get another coffee.
