Paid extra wanted my drink a Certain way and instructions were not followed, and what I’ve noticed. There is a line of customers, and they’re just taking their time and going according with their pace and just keep Talking their Head Off bad customer service.
Not sure which side of the bed she got out of, but this Barista was not only rude but her attitude and professionalism was beyond distasteful. Literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Her behavior behind the counter was immature. When placing my order, not sure where the communication breakdown happen but her responses were disrespectful!
Absolutely terrible location with awful customer service the barista Mariah was rude and unpleasant she refused to redo my order that was done incorrectly. I wont be coming back because of her attitude

Absolutely terrible location with awful customer service. I ordered a drink and sandwich through the app. When I arrived, my drink was done but no sign of the sandwich. I ask, and the "barista" tells me they don't have that, even though I was charged for it. Okay, fine, but were you going to say anything? I then say can I get something else?
