Young lady just told me they aren't making anymore Frappuccinos because they close at 7pm. It is currently 6pm. Hate establishments like this.
Rude service but at least my drink came out fast.
I now understand why the ratings for this one is SO low. Waited for almost 5 minutes before even being greeted or acknowleged by the young man working tonight...while he was cleaning up/fixing another order. The Matcha Green Tea I ordered was bitter, with clumps of matcha powder...so it was not even prepared evenly or correctly. NOT a decent representation of the company or brand AT ALL!! Do Better!! Damn!!
They told me they were closed. It's 10 am on a Tuesday
