Great service as always
My iced drink was made with a few cubes of ice and was hot to the touch when handed to me in the drive thru but I didn’t have time to even hand it back because I was waved on to keep the line moving. I called in about 10 mins later to let them know and see if I could come in on my lunch break to have it remade since I had already arrived at work. Willow was a joy but her manager was a very rude and disrespectful. Their app was not working and instead of trying to solve the issue. She was just dismissing it and being rude and disrespectful. What is humankind these days? But anyways Willow kept a smile and tried to help
