I come to Starbucks all the time and enjoy there food/drinks. But some things are not okay. For example I gave a 2$ tip and when they brought my drink I asked for a little bit more powder but they said that I needed to pay extra. Like is putting a little bit more powder going to hurt anyone? Otherwise the service is pretty good!
I'm giving this review solely on my barista Betty who, after a long line in the drive thru, greeted me with a positive and polite attitude, and proceeded to help make my birthday drink even better with recommending an extra shot. She continued to cheer me on and was genuinely pleased to reward me a free drink and wish me a happy brithday. I know how hard it is to keep a good attitude after a lot of grumpy customers as I'm sure she had experienced before i arrived, but that didn't bring her down.
