My drink was good. My service was nice until I got to the window. They left the window open and they made my drink hot instead of iced the lady that was taking the orders says that’s not what I heard in a smart voice if you’re gonna talk about somebody’s order maybe you should shut the window. I’m sorry if you didn’t hear me say iced instead of hot, but just remake the order without hesitation instead of leaving smart remarks!!!!!
Terrible customer service and got wrong drink, manager had attitude
A 37% tip was added to my bill without my consent. Didn’t notice til I pulled away. I don’t give a damn if it’s 3$. It’s my 3$ and feeling entitled to a tip that you add it yourself is disgusting. Starbucks is not even considered a tipped wage. Anything tipped is generous and extra. And I usually tip. I may never again at a Starbucks if entitlement is setting in
Awesome team always make my day ty guys
