The woman at the drive thru window made a remark when I chose "no-tip" because I only had enough for the coffee. She sarcastically said "thank you for your donation" and slowly closed the window on me after handing me my drink. Thought I had to rub my ears some more to make sure I heard that correctly. I come here often, but today’s experience was particularly poor. I know they were busy and constantly working, but I felt discriminated against today. As soon as I arrived, I confirmed my order; the staff member located it but didn't start making my drink. While I could understand if they were simply following a queue, what I couldn't accept was that I had placed my order at 11:25 and waited 20 minutes without any progress, yet I saw drinks ordered at 11:40 being completed before mine—which is clearly unreasonable. No help from employees no one asked what i was her for waiting for a dwlivery over 30 minutes for a deliver meed to be retrained on customer service skills and time management
