Very frustrating experience. I first ordered from New Arrival and asked if it could be made decaf but the cashier said they couldn’t do that. Then I asked what kind of decaf can you make and he said espresso or americano. Okay so I ordered an espresso. And this is what I got (a regular espresso not decaf😂). I only noticed it after I got home. Very smart guy.👍🏻
Give your customers the ability to get a straw for their drink without having to wait for the girl to notice them and hand them a straw. I reached over to get a straw and she noticed me and scolded me but didn't seem to see me when I was just standing there waiting. .Your drinks are expensive, give us a straw and napkins! Jeez
