The staff are so arrogant starting from the cashier to the person handling orders, their way of answering questions is very unpleasant. If i can rate less than 1 star, i will do it
Slowest Starbucks on planet Earth
"You have at least 4 orders in front of yours" The answer when I asked about my order that I placed at 8 am; it is now 8:30a I've ordered here many times before. I've never ran into this issue. There were 3 people staffed. Seen plenty of walk ups order and get served. My order was delicious. No complaints there. The lack of empathy, however isn't really exemplary of how I've grown accustomed to being treated at some of the other Starbucks locations I frequent. Do better.
Coffee was good and the pastries are warmed. At check out they request a tip and watch intently. If it were a restaurant this would perhaps be more appropriate. Otherwise it was a fine visit. The are located on LL(lobby level) inside the Marriott Marquis, just across the atrium from the concierge. There’s more than amble seating but only hotel keyed WiFi. Bathrooms nearby are clean.
Bernice is amazing and makes the beat cup of coffee. She is sweet and fast at her job.
