I genuinely hope this location shuts down. The baristas were so rude and unhelpful. I asked for a cup of water with my order, and the cashier told me to get water at the container at the end. However, it was (visibly) empty. When I brought this up, she told me tell the baristas at the end. When I went to the end to tell one of the baristas, she looked so disgusted and did not fill it up. Ordered mango dragon fruit lemonade, but there is no mango, only couple of frozen dragon fruit and lots of ice. Very disappointed. Customer service was not good. The girl was rude.
The customer service here is not help full and get frustated when you ask for an update on your order after waiting for 25 minutes on a black coffee and a breakfast sándwich. They are super slow
This is a horrible place, the baristas never know how to follow the recipes for coffees and they take for eeeveeereeer! A snail is faster
