Omg! Super slow service... It took 15 minutes for a cold brew & 24 minutes for breakfast wrap.
Quite possibly the worst customer service ever! I had 3 people in front of me (no big deal), and 1 person was working. As soon as it was my turn, the lady took a personal phone call, then kept doing something that seemed unrelated to her job! She didn’t even acknowledge me that she had to do something then would be with me shortly….all while, about 6 more people were behind me waiting to still order also!
The slowest group of morning workers I have ever seen at a Starbucks. Molasses is the best description.
