Super disorganized location, airport employees just walking up and socializing while 20 people (no exaggeration) waiting for drinks. My drink was made in correct , not a big deal. Diabetic and ordered no sweetener, and they accidentally put syrup in. I apologized for asking to remake without as can’t have that. The lady looked at the cup, confirmed. Then rudely rolled eyes and said fine. I know it’s a crazy location and super busy, but kind of uncalled for.
Service is horrible.
This location is a disaster. 1h to pick up a drip coffee. The staff can’t even tell you in how long your order will be ready. Just go to Peet’s instead!
When they say food will be ready in 5-10 min the reality is 15-20.
