Disappointing quality of preparation of coffee as well as service. The two people preparing the coffee clearly don't enjoy working there. Shows the impact of how corporate culture can impact employee motivation away from doing what's best for everyone: the company, employees, and customers.
Worst taste with chai latte It is not same as with other Starbucks
Be careful that the lady making coffee! She put too much ice and blended as big ice trunks inside my fraps. Very untrained staff! Other staff are good
