I’ve even this Starbucks so many chances but every drink I get is bad. They also make everything liquidy. Why would a Frappuccino be liquidy? I ordered an iced shaken espresso with cold foam shaken in before and it was liquidy. I think the baristas need a bit more training.
Dee at the window is amazing! Always so friendly and helpful every time I come through. Recently I accidentally ordered a hot drink when I meant iced, and Dee fixed it on the spot with a smile, no hassle at all. That kind of attentive, easygoing service makes such a difference. Really grateful for the great experience — thank you, Dee!
