I take back my stars for the food bc they didn’t make my coffee right either. Bad attitude. Can’t hear the speaker. Unwelcoming. I’d rather go down all the way to Barnes & noble get out my car and get astoundingly better service there.. I hate having my morning ruined by attitude
This morning, I ordered and paid for a venti soy latte that said soy, only to realize 15 minutes later that they must have made it with dairy. I'm completely lactose intolerant, so I usually catch it and run inside for a remake. This morning I did not and spent the rest of the morning throwing up that latte.
Chai Tea tastes like water today (again).
My barista set my coffee aside. I believe because I didn't give him a tip. It was a regular coffee. I had already spent $7 on a coconut latte that I had tipped for I do not like this tipping system where the tip becomes before the service. And tipping for a simple coffee that isn't delivered to the table that requires no special attention.And that makes the coffees unreasonably expensive.
