I had to start going back to the Mara hill location because there’s zero consistency here. Well, except the coffee always tastes like it was squeezed from a burned cigarette. Drinks are either insanely sweet or not at all. I know the location is new and the baby horse has to learn to walk, but constantly having bad coffee or inconsistent drinks when another location nearby doesn’t have this issue at all doesn’t make any sense
The Marietta locations are AWFUL. Cups are always filled a lot below the size you pay for. I've contacted Corporate about a bad experience I had with the Cobb Pkwy, Smyrna location on Mother's Day & the Regional Mgr was away & never bothered to follow up. Terrell Mill & Powers Ferry Rd location is certainly the one who will fill your cups below what you order. The Kroger location off Powers Ferry is becoming just as bad. So, AVOID Marietta/Smyrna Starbucks, unless you don't care if you are not getting what you pay for!!! IJS... read more
