I’ve even this Starbucks so many chances but every drink I get is bad. They also make everything liquidy. Why would a Frappuccino be liquidy? I ordered an iced shaken espresso with cold foam shaken in before and it was liquidy. I think the baristas need a bit more training.
Dee at the window is amazing! Always so friendly and helpful every time I come through. Recently I accidentally ordered a hot drink when I meant iced, and Dee fixed it on the spot with a smile, no hassle at all. That kind of attentive, easygoing service makes such a difference. If you go to this location just expect them to mess your order up or forget something. This happens every single time I go.
We have had many drinks made here and consistently have issues with quality and taste. Been to a lot of Starbucks around ATL, this one needs more training on drink making and something is off with the tap water they use to make the drinks. One cold brew recently tasted like chlorinated tap water.
I ordered my coffee just as I usually do at other locations, but at this particular one, they didn't have the slightest clue what they were doing; they just decided to give me whatever *they* wanted. When I went back twice to ask for what I had actually ordered, they didn't like it at all. They need to realize that as paying customers, we expect to get something we actually like—not be treated the way they treated me. The managers should be paying closer attention to the service being provided; this place stinks.
